When: Every Mon, Wed, Fri 7-8AM By Sifu Harvey; Sundays 10:15 - 11:15 am Rain or Shine.

Where: Boat House(Bottom of Lee St. South of Queen)

Difficulty: Beginner to Intemediate

Parking: Free parking

Bring water bottle, Yoga Mat for ab work, Wear athletic shoes.


RATES:

$120 = 12 class credits ($10 per class, three months expiration)
or $15 Pay-per-class
For the month of June drop in rate of $10.

Please pay in advance. Non refundable, non transferable. Credits expire after THREE months. You do not have to attend consecutive classes. Start on any day..
